Recall a package

When you recall a package you sent, the package in your Sent list shows the "Recalled" flag. Click the package row to open it; you can add or remove recipients and contents, and change other package settings. Your recipients see the "Recalled by sender" flag on the package in their inbox; they cannot browse or download package contents until you resend it. However, if a recipient downloads the package before you recall it, you cannot retrieve that downloaded content.

Note: You cannot recall a watermarked package.

Recalled package expiration

Your admin may have configured a package expiration policy that applies specifically to recalled packages. When you recall a package, the package becomes subject to that policy, if configured. When configured, the expiration timer resets each time you re-save the recalled package. For more information on package expiration policies, see the Package expiration policy section in Sending: Become an expert.
