Forward a package

You can forward a package from your personal inbox, from a shared inbox, from your Sent list, or from your Archived list. When you forward a package, the entire package is sent to those you list in the Recipients field. The forwarded package contains the original attachments and message; before you send it, you can remove any of the original attachments or attach additional files and folders; and you can add to the message.

Note: As an alternative to forwarding a package, you can add recipients to a package already sent. When you add recipients, you cannot change any of the contents or settings of the original package; you must send it as is. However, adding recipients to a sent package does not initiate another transfer, which conserves storage and bandwidth usage. For details, see Add recipients to a sent package.
Note: You cannot forward a watermarked package.

Procedure

To forward a package, do the following:

  1. Right-click the package row and select Forward to open the Send files form.
  2. Complete the package forwarding procedure according to the steps in Sending: Detailed procedure.
