Delete a package you sent
You can delete the contents from a digital package you sent. Aspera on Cloud retains package summary statistics even when you delete package contents.
When you delete package content, Aspera on Cloud removes the content permanently from the transfer server; it cannot be recovered.
You can delete packages you sent to an individual, a group, or a shared inbox. When you delete the contents of a package you sent, AoC removes the package from your Sent list and moves to your Deleted/Expired folder. It moves the deleted folder from your recipient's inbox to the recipient's Deleted/Expired folder. You and the package recipients can click the package row to view the package details.
Depending on notification configuration, Aspera on Cloud sends an email notification to package recipients that package contents have been deleted.
To delete the contents of package, do the following:
- Right-click the package row and select Delete.
- To delete multiple packages in one operation, select the intended packages. A the top of the package list, click Delete.
