Add recipients to a sent package

You can add new recipients to a package you sent or received. Add recipients to an existing package when you simply want to make the package available, as is, to additional users. If you need to add or remove content, or change any package settings (such as password protection, content expiration, and so on), forward the package instead.

Note that you must be the sender or recipient of a package to forward it. See Forward a package.

Watermarking

You can add recipients to a watermarked package; AoC notifies the new recipients immediately as expected. The new recipients receive packages watermarked for them.

Accessing Packages Sent by Other Workspace Members

You may be able to access all the packages sent by members of your workspace. Among other collaboration benefits, this access allow you to add recipients to a package sent by anyone in your workspace.

Note: Your administrator must enable this feature. If you do not see the filters described in step 2 below, contact your administrator to request this capability.

Procedure

  1. In your Packages app, click Sent in the navigation panel.
  2. If your admin has allowed all users in your workspace to access all packages sent in the workspace, you can filter the Sent packages listing by user.
    1. The default filter setting is All senders. The setting displays all packages sent by all members of this workspace.
    2. To display only packages you sent, click Sent by me.
    3. To display only the packages sent by your fellow workspace members, click Sent by others.
  3. Click the row of the intended package to open the details panel.
  4. At the top of the details panel, click Add recipients.
  5. Enter the name of additional recipients for this package, then click Add.
