Disable package sending

Configuration settings to disable package sending.

Admins can enable this setting to disable package sending for their users. This can be turned on at the organization level as well as in the workspace.

To configure this restriction, do the following:

  1. Go to Applications > Packages > Content control.
  2. In the field labeled Disable sending packages to other users, turn the toggle On.
  3. Click Save.
  4. To disable package sending for a given workspace, do the following:
    1. Go to Workspaces > workspaceName > Applications > Packages > Content control.
    2. In the field labeled Disable sending packages to other users, turn the toggle On.
  5. Click Save.
