Filtering events data

In the first field, select the desired event type, whether All events, or a specific event, such as Log in.

In the second field, select a time range, either a preset option or a custom option (note that all times are in UTC):
  • For a preset option, select the range of time past—from a minimum of 15 minutes to a maximum of one month.
  • To select a custom time range, click Custom and enter the start date and stop date. The start date can be as far back as you wish. The stop date is a maximum of 6 months after the start date you enter.
To further refine your results, enter a username or workspace name in the Filter search box.
A table with your search results appears.

The term Trusted source in a column refers to a transfer client or some other source that is not a workspace or a human user.

The term Public link in a column means that the file access occurred through a public link sent to user. Since the link is public, the user identify can't be determined.
