Determine who has shared access
To determine who has access to a shared folder, use the information in this article.
Using Aspera on Cloud, you can share folders with the following:
- Other users or groups in your workspace.
- Depending on permissions set by your admin:
- Your entire Aspera on Cloud workspace; simply enter the workspace name in the Recipients field. New members automatically gain access to folders you share with your entire workspace.
- AoC users outside your workspace.
- People who do not have an AoC account.
Users you share with can in turn share with others. In this way, sharing becomes "chained."
