For security and monitoring purposes, get insights into file access in your subscription.

I need to restrict permissions on a particular file, and I want to see who currently has access.

  1. Go to Activity > File access.
  2. In the search box, enter a file name and click the name when it appears in the list.
  3. In the permissions filter, keep the default (All permissions) or select a permission such as Read.
