Deleting a node

Use caution when deleting a node attached to your Aspera on Cloud organization.

CAUTION:

1) When you delete a transfer service (ATS) node, you automatically and permanently delete all the application data from the Aspera on Cloud organization, along with the associated access key (if used). This operation does not delete the data on the node.

2) When you delete an Aspera-managed or subscriber-managed tethered node, you permanently delete all the application data from the Aspera on Cloud organization; this operation does not delete the data on the node itself. You have the option to retain the access key (for example, when the key is being used by another application).

See Node types in Aspera on Cloud for details.
