Open a case
If you are registered as a contact with IBM Support, you can open a support case.
To determine whether you are eligible to be a contact, see Who is eligible for technical assistance?.
Collect relevant data such as URL, IDs (for workspace, user, shared inbox, and so on), and
screenshots. From the Help menu , select
Download support data. Attach these items to the Support case.
- Go to https://www.ibm.com/mysupport.
- Log in with your IBMid to access your own support account.
If you do not have an IBMid, you can sign up for one at https://www.ibm.com/account/us-en/signup/register.html.See also the video tutorial How to Create an IBMid.
- Click Open a case.
Attach the supporting data you collected to the case. Include the file available from Help > Download support data.
Note: If you don't see Open a case, contact your Support Administrator to request that your IBMid be enabled to open support tickets.
