Adding an AoC or AEW account

Add an AoC or AEW account to use Aspera for desktop features.

The steps for linking an AoC account or an AEW account are the same in Aspera for desktop. The difference is the server information you enter during account linking.

To add your web application account to Aspera for desktop, follow these steps:

1. In the navigation bar, go to Accounts.
2. Click Link account and select IBM Aspera on Cloud / Enterprise Webapps.
3. Enter the following information:
   1. For AoC, enter the Organization subdomain URL. For examplemyaspera.ibmaspera.com.
   2. For AEW, enter the full URL. For example, aspera.company.com.
4. Confirm that the Link button changes color to indicate that the URL is valid.
5. Click Link.
6. Click the tile of your web application, and then click Log in to IBM Aspera on Cloud / Enterprise Webapps. A browser window opens and directs you to the login page. Enter your credentials and sign in.
7. Return to Aspera for desktop to confirm that your web application account is now linked.
