Reset the application
It is possible to easily reset Aspera for desktop back to a clean state as it was when first installing. This option removes all of your user settings, transfer history, and any accounts that were added.
macOS
- In the menu bar, go to Help > Troubleshooting > Reset App Data.
- Click Yes to confirm and restart the application.
Windows
- In the menu bar, click the three-dot icon.
- Click Reset app data, and then Yes to confirm and restart the application.
Linux
- In the title bar, go to Help > Troubleshooting > Reset App Data.
- Click Yes to confirm and restart the application.
