Issues installing Connect on macOS Ventura

Sometimes, users might be unable to install Connect on macOS Ventura when running the installer from the Downloads directory.

To address this issue, it is necessary to grant the Installer.app permissions to the Downloads directory. To do this go to:

System Preferences > Privacy & Security > Files and Folders > Installer.app > Grant access to Downloads Folder.

Alternatively, if that option is not available you can grant Installer.app more permissions by going to:

System Preferences > Privacy & Security > Full Disk Access > Grant full disk access to Installer.app.

You can find the Installer.app at /System/Library/CoreServices/Installer.app
