Datalink (Classic) maintenance schedule

When maintenance is necessary, Apptio schedules it to be performed on Saturdays between 09:00 and 13:00 Pacific Time. Updates are typically released bi-monthly. Maintenance procedures will not affect connectors that are running or that are scheduled to run within two hours.

The maintenance schedule is subject to change. In addition, occasional emergency maintenance may be performed to maintain performance and stability. Apptio baseline service terms can be reviewed at www.apptio.com/baseline .
