Move visualizations between reports and pages

You can use the Move functionality to move visualizations between reports and report pages that you own.

The Move functionality allows you to:

• Move a visualization to a different page in the same report.
• Move a visualization to a different report.
• Move a visualization to a new report.

When moving a visualization, you can select an existing page or create a new page.

To move a visualization:

1. Open the report that contains the visualization that you want to move, and find the visualization.
2. From the More Options (3 dots) menu at the upper-right corner of the visualization, select Move. This will open the Move Visualization dialog box.
3. From the Select Report picker, select the report where you want to move the visualization. You can select the current report or any other existing report. You can also create a new report.

   If you select the New Report option, enter a name for the report.

4. From the Select Page picker, select the applicable page. You can select an existing page or create a new page.

   If you select the New Page option, enter a name for the page.

   When moving a visualization to a new report, if you do not specify the page name, the visualization will be moved to Page 1.

5. Select Move.
