Modify a report

After you create a report, you can add more visualizations, modify an existing visualization, or delete a visualization.

Add a visualization to an existing report

You can add up to 25 pages per report and 30 visualizations per page. Also, you can only have up to 500 of your own reports.

To add a visualization to an existing report:

  1. On your report home page, select the title of the report that you want to modify.
  2. Select Add Visualization to open the visualization editor.
  3. To define the new visualization, follow the steps in Create custom reports.
  4. When you save the new visualization, it is automatically saved to the open report.
  5. To resize the visualization or change its position, do the following:
    • Resize the visualization: Hover over the lower-right corner of the visualization, and then use the drag-and-drop icon to resize as needed
    • Change the position: Hover over toward the edges of the report until the cursor changes to the crosshair, and then drag the visualization to a new position on the page.

Modify a visualization

To edit a visualization:

  1. On your report page, click the title of the report you want to edit.
  2. In the upper-right corner of the visualization you want to edit, click the pencil icon .

    The Edit Visualization page opens so you can make changes and preview those changes as needed.

  3. When you are finished, click Save.

Delete a visualization

To delete a visualization:

  1. On your report page, click the title of the report you want to change.
  2. In the upper-right corner of the visualization you want to delete, click the recycle icon .
  3. Click Confirm to permanently remove the visualization from the report.
