Hide or unhide Apptio BI Reports
The out-of-the-box Apptio BI Reports that contain measures which do not exist in your organization’s cost model are hidden by default from non-administrator users. A filter is automatically applied to hide such reports from non-administrator users. Apptio BI also allows administrators to manually hide or unhide out-of-the-box Apptio BI Reports that are not hidden by default from non-administrator users. All hidden reports are populated in the report table, which allows administrators to easily unhide, duplicate, and share these reports.
Hide Apptio BI Reports
You can use any of the following methods to hide out-of-the-box Apptio BI Reports from non-administrator users:
- Find the applicable report in the report table, and from the More Options (
) menu, select Hide from users. - Hover over the applicable report in the Apptio BI Reports carousel or in the modal that appears
when you select the See All option, and from the More Options () menu, select Hide from users.
- Open the applicable report from the report table, the Apptio BI Reports carousel, or the modal
that appears when you select the See All option. Then, from the More Options () menu at the upper-right corner of the page,
select Hide from users.
Unhide Apptio BI Reports
You can use any of the following methods to unhide out-of-the-box Apptio BI Reports from non-administrator users:
- Find the applicable report in the report table, and from the More Options () menu, select Unhide from users.
- Hover over the applicable report in the Apptio BI Reports carousel or in the modal that appears
when you select the See All option, and from the More Options () menu, select Unhide from users.
- Open the applicable report from the report table, the Apptio BI Reports carousel, or the modal
that appears when you select the See All option. Then, from the More Options () menu at the upper-right corner of the page,
select Unhide from users.
