Financial Review by Account Groups - CapEx

Description

This report provides an executive view of the overall CapEx budget variance and the CapEx spend of your organization by Account Groups. The report breaks down the IT cost per Account Group. When drilled down, you can view the Cost Center Owners and Cost Centers, so you can determine which Account Groups or Cost Center Owners are responsible for the largest IT spend. Various charts in the report also help you determine whether the variances are real or caused by miscategorization of data.

They show the value and percentage of variance for the following periods: This Year to Date: Shows your CapEx spend compared to this year's budget to date. This Quarter to Date: Shows your CapEx spend compared to this quarter's budget to date. Last Month: Shows your CapEx spend compared to the budget for last month
Top 5 Over Budget Account Groups	This visualization helps you determine the top 5 over budget CapEx filtered by Account Group. You can drill down to view the budget variance details by cost center for an Account Group. The drill table shows the following columns: Cost Center Owner Cost Center CapEx CapEx Budget CapEx Variance
Top 5 Under Budget Account Groups	This visualization helps you determine the top 5 under budget CapEx filtered by Account Group. You can drill down to view the budget variance details by cost center for an account group. The drill table shows the following columns: Cost Center Owner Cost Center CapEx CapEx Budget CapEx Variance
CapEx Budget Variance Details by Account Group	You can use this table to view the CapEx budget and CapEx budget variance for various account groups. The table includes the following metrics: CapEx CapEx Budget CapEx Budget Variance (Amount) CapEx Budget Variance (%)
CapEx Spend (This Year)	The bar chart shows overall CapEx spend by Account Groups for this year. You can drill down to look at specific cost center owners and cost centers.
