Copy visualizations between reports and pages
You can use the Copy functionality to copy visualizations between reports and report pages that you own, or from those which you are permitted to view.
The Copy functionality allows you to:
- Copy a visualization to a different page in the same report.
- Copy a visualization to a different report.
- Copy a visualization to a new report.
When copying a visualization, you can select an existing page or create a new page.
To copy a visualization:
- Open the report that contains the visualization that you want to copy, and find the visualization.
- From the More Options (
) menu
at the upper-right corner of the visualization, select Copy. This will open the Copy Visualization
dialog box. - From the Select Report picker, select the report where you want to copy the visualization. You
can select the current report, or any other existing report that you own. You can also create a new
report.
If you select the New Report option, enter a name for the report.
- From the Select Page picker, select the applicable page. You can select an existing page or
create a new page.
If you select the New Page option, enter a name for the page.
When copying a visualization to a new report, if you do not specify the page name, the visualization will be copied to Page 1.
- Select Copy.
