The default view on the Automated Data Management page is the Status page.

Status

You can view the state of progress of all the data sharing jobs here.

Field Name Description
Entity The entity name which was added in the Entity Mapping page.
Producer The application/product which owns or produces the entity.
Current Status The last updated status of the data entity.
  • Success - The data sharing for the specific entity is successful.
  • Failure - The data sharing did not go to completion.
  • No Status - The data sharing task is not applicable for the entity.
Details Detailed data sharing status for the entity, including the status of each application involved in the job. See Detailed Application Status for details.
Last Update Last updated time

Detailed Application Status

This page provides details of the data sharing corresponding to a specific entity. Select the entry under the Subscriber Notification Details column for the entity to access the page.

ADM Details

Field Name Description
Application The list of applications involved in the specific entity for the data sharing job.
Status The status of the specific application, along with a timestamp for the latest update.
  • Success - The data sharing on the specific application side was successful.
  • Failure - The data sharing on the specific application side failed.
Enabled Enable/disable the update subscription for the specific application. If disabled, the updated status will not be fetched. Select the checkbox to toggle the function.
