Configure the common currency

It is possible to change common currency for only your user account without affecting the project for other users.

1. Navigate to .
2. In Currency, select your preferred currency.
3. Click OK.

   

   Note: Your profile currency preferences will take priority over the Project Settings on most pages within TBM Studio.

With the correct permissions, you can change the common currency used in the entire project, which will affect all users who can access the project.

1. On the Project tab, in the Project Setup group, click Project Settings.

   

2. In Base Currency, select your preferred currency.
3. In Number Compaction, set your preferred compaction for thousands, millions, billions, and trillions.
4. In Currency Symbols, set your preferred currency symbol.
5. Click Save to apply the changes.
   Note: Project Settings can only be changed if they are not currently checked out to any other users.
