Apptio's Planning and financial management applications include the following:

  • Planning - Collaborative budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and multi-year planning purpose-built for IT. Planning includes the following products:
    • Planning Foundation - Automate, centralize, and simplify annual budgeting and forecasting.
    • Costing Standard - Build the financial layer of your cost model and perform greater in-depth financial and labor analysis.
  • Project Financial Planning - An add-on module that provides financial planning at the Cost-Object level for people, assets, and vendor spend on projects.
  • Service Demand Planning - An add-on module that provides financial planning for “run the business” operating costs for services and resources. Service Demand Planning is no longer an actively sold module. However, it is documented here for current customers.
