Objectives

Use this report to:

  • Quickly identify which Cost Centers are over or under budget.
  • Review the Cost Centers that roll up into the CIO-1 "Owner" level to see how each is performing against budget.
  • Search/slice by Owner or specific Account Group to find and view their spend.

The information presented on this report can be used to answer the following questions:

  • Is this Cost Center Owner on track to hit their budget?
  • Is the budget variance trending up, down or remaining constant?
  • If they are over or under budget, does the variance warrant further investigation and explanation?
