About the IT Finance reports (v103)

Applies to: Costing Standard 11.8.x running on either TBM Studio v12 or TBM Studio v11.

The IT Finance reports provide data on:

  • The budget for the current year.
  • The spend to date.
  • Budget variances by cost pool.
  • The top spend and variance by cost pools.

To access the IT Finance reports, click IT Finance on the Home page. Use the tabs on the IT Finance report page to access specific data on:

  • Account variance
  • Cost pools
  • Vendors
  • Cloud Provider Bill
  • Labor
  • Fixed Assets
  • Outliers
