(2) KPIs

KPIs provide a high-level view of the following:

• Vendor OpEx YTD: This KPI shows your Vendor OpEx YTD spend vs the Vendor CapEx YTD.

• Strategic Vendor Spend: This KPI shows your strategic vendor spend vs the preferred vendor spend.

• Strategic Vendor Count This KPI shows your trategic vendor count vs the preferred vendor count.

• Addressable: This KPI helps you determine the agility of your IT spend by looking at the ratio of fixed and variable expenditures for the fiscal year.
(3) Top vendor details Analyze the top vendor details and annual target spends. Also analyze top 10 vendor spends and trending spends.
(4) Vendor spend details View the vendor spend details by cost center (default view), vendor category, cost pool, and project. Select the time period to customize the table with the metrics you want to see.
