Benchmarking Configuration Guide

Configuring Benchmarking is a two step process, illustrated in the following video series.

Step 1: Interactive Benchmarking Configuration

Input your actuals into Interactive Benchmarking:

• Automatically, by pulling in your actuals from your Cost Transparency (CT) project:

  Video: Automatically fetch actuals from Cost Transparency (8 min.)

• Or manually:

  Video: Manually input or adjust actuals (5 min.) This video also explains how you can override actual values pulled in from your CT project.

If your CT project is in non-US currency (as of April 2017, EUR or GBP only), the following videos provide guidance on conversion within Interactive Benchmarking:

Step 2: Cost Transparency Benchmarking Configuration

Download the selected benchmarks for Industry, IT OpEx, Infrastructure metrics from Interactive Benchmarking as a CSV.

Upload the Benchmark .CSV file into Cost Transparency:

• Video: Upload and append the benchmark data into Cost Transparency (3 min.)

Map your Cost Pools to Benchmarks in Cost Transparency:

• Video: Map cost pools (2 min.)

• Map the cost pools

Map your Towers, Sub-Towers & Units of Measure to Benchmarks in Cost Transparency:

• Video: Map towers (1 min.)
• Map the towers
• Configure Cost Transparency Benchmarking: Map Sub-Towers (2 min.)
• Map the sub-towers
• Video: Configure Cost Transparency Benchmarking: Map Units of Measure (2 min.)
• Map the units of measure
• Choose the benchmarks displayed on reports
