How to use IBM App Connect with imported APIs
You can import APIs to the IBM® App Connect catalog so that you can add them as target applications to your flows.
You can import or discover the following types of APIs.
- Discovered APIs from IBM API Connect
- If you have an instance of API Connect Enterprise as a Service in the same region as
your App Connect Enterprise as a Service instance, you can discover APIs that are published
to products in API Connect. You can then import these APIs into App Connect.
- To discover and import an API from API Connect, see Importing APIs from API Connect.
- To connect to an imported API from API Connect, add it to a flow, or remove it from the catalog, see How to use IBM App Connect with APIs from IBM API Connect.
- Imported APIs from OpenAPI documents
- You can import OpenAPI documents into App Connect as APIs, and then call these APIs from your flows.
