Limitations for JRE versions in IBM App Connect Enterprise
Limitations apply to some message flow nodes and to some types of security configuration when you use certain versions of the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) with IBM® App Connect Enterprise.
By default, integration servers use Java 8, which is provided with IBM App Connect Enterprise. Java 11 is also supplied with IBM App Connect Enterprise 12.0.10 and later versions. You can configure each of your integration servers to use either of the supplied versions by using the ibmint specify jre command.
