SOAP message details
A SOAP message consists of an <Envelope>,
which is the root element in every SOAP message, and this contains two child
elements, an optional <Header> and a mandatory <Body>.
If the SOAP message has attachments, the 'envelope' is wrapped by MIME, or is encoded as MTOM.
