Connecting to a private network from the App Connect Dashboard

From the App Connect Dashboard, you can deploy integrations that were developed in either App Connect Designer or the IBM® App Connect Enterprise Toolkit, and which interact with applications that run on a private network. To enable access to the private network when you deploy the Designer or Toolkit integration, you must configure secure connectivity across your containerized and private (or on-premises) environments.

Availability: Support for connecting to a private network is available only in App Connect Dashboard 12.0.7.0-r1 or later. However, the way in which you configure the private network connection for the Dashboard instance depends on the version of the IBM App Connect Operator that was used to create the instance.

Restriction: Private network connections are not supported in Kubernetes environments.
