ibmint set mode command

Use the ibmint set mode command to set the operation mode for your installation of IBM® App Connect Enterprise.

Usage notes

You must have administrator permissions to be able to run the ibmint set mode command. Run the mqsicommandconsole command to get an elevated administrator command prompt, from which you can run this command. For more information, see mqsicommandconsole command.

Purpose

You can use the ibmint set mode command to set the operation mode for your installation of IBM App Connect Enterprise. The following operation modes are supported, depending on your license and the version that you have installed:
  • Development
  • Non-Production
  • Production-Advanced
  • Production-Standard
  • Evaluation (applies only to the Evaluation Edition)

Parameters

operation-mode
The mode that you want to set for your installation of IBM App Connect Enterprise. The following operation modes are available: Development, Non-Production, Production-Advanced, and Production-Standard.

If you have installed the Evaluation Edition, the operation mode is set to Evaluation and cannot be set to another mode.

--silently
Use this parameter to suppress informational and warning messages.
--help
Use this parameter to display help information about the command.

Examples

To set the operation mode to Production-Advanced, enter the following command:
ibmint set mode Production-Advanced
