Tutorial: Adding a Back to top button

You might want to add a Back to top button, as a navigation enhancement to help your CMS Portal users get back to the top of the page that they are viewing, instead of scrolling.

Before you begin

You must have a CMS Portal enabled, and you must have administrator access to complete this tutorial.

About this tutorial

In this tutorial, you add a Back to top button to your CMS Portal.

Enable the Back to top module

Before you begin, ensure that the Back to top module is installed and enabled:

  1. Log in to your CMS Portal as an administrator.
  2. Navigate to Extend > Extend.
  3. Enter back to top in the Filter field.
  4. Under User interface, select the Back To Top checkbox and click Enable.

Configure the Back to top module

  1. Navigate to Configuration > User interface > Back to Top.

  2. Change any settings as required, or keep the default values.
  3. Click Save configuration to save the changes.

You now have a Back to Top button.
