Configuring cron to run scheduled tasks
You can configure cron to run scheduled tasks in the CMS Portal.
Before you begin
You must have administrator access to the CMS Portal to complete this
task.
Note: This module synchronizes the credentials of applications that are created by consumers in
the CMS Portal site UI. It cannot synchronize the credentials for applications that are created by
the provider in the API Manager UI.
Procedure
To configure cron to run scheduled tasks, complete the following steps:
- Click Configuration in the administrator dashboard.
- Under the SYSTEM heading, click Cron.
- Use the drop-down list for the module you want to configure and select Edit.
- From the Run cron every drop-down menu, select the frequency of cron runs for this module.

Click Save.
You have configured cron to run scheduled tasks.
