Resending a pending invitation

Resend an invitation to a pending member.

Before you begin

• The invitees must have access to the Consumer Catalog.
• Available only for invitations.
• You must have either Admin or Owner access to complete this task.

About this task

You can resend the pending invitations for members to join your consumer organization from the My organization page on the Consumer Catalog site.

1. Log in to your Consumer Catalog
2. Click on your organization name on the header.
3. From the list, select My organization.
4. Click Members to see the list of all the active members in the consumer organization.
5. Find the pending invitation that you want to resend and click the Options menu icon beside it.
6. Select Resend invitation.
7. Click Confirm.

Results

You have successfully resend the pending invitation and the selected member will receive the invitation link via email..

What to do next

The selected member can click the invitation link to follow the prompts to join the consumer organization.
