V12 Reserved administrators

If you use API Connect in the cloud, then systems are managed by IBM Operations and you don’t need to assign anyone to perform system administration tasks.

The V12 Reserved administrator works with the deployed Reserved instance to manage users, and to deploy and administer self-managed gateways.
