Transferring the ownership of the consumer organization

Transfer the ownership of a consumer organization to another member.

Before you begin

• You must have Owner access to the Consumer Catalog.
• The new owner must be a member of the consumer organization.

About this task

You can transfer the ownership of the consumer organization to another member from the My organization page on the Consumer Catalog site.

1. Log in to your Consumer Catalog
2. Click on your organization name on the header.
3. From the list, select My organization.
4. From the options menu on the My organization page, select Transfer ownership.
5. From the Members list, select the name of the new owner.
6. Click Save to confirm the transfer.

Results

You successfully transferred the ownership of the consumer organization to another member.
