Adding images to site content

You can add .jpg, .png and .gif images to your site content in the Developer Portal.

Before you begin

You must have administrator or content author access to complete this task.

Note: The SVG support is disabled by default in site content. To enable the use of SVG images in site content, install the SVG Image Field - Media Bundle module and edit the media type to include an SVG field.

Procedure

To upload images for use in site content, complete the following steps:

  1. Click Content in the administrator dashboard.
  2. In the Title field, enter the title of the required content.
  3. Click the Edit tab.
  4. Use the Image icon The Image icon in the in the WYSIWYG editor to add an image.
  5. Click Save and keep published to publish the new page immediately, or select Save and unpublish if you want to publish the page later.
