UI error after certificate rotation in Cloud and API Manager

After management-ca certificate rotation, both Cloud Manager and API Manager UI might display a 502 API error, indicating a server error occurred. Additionally, missing reload messages The apim microservice is reloading server certificates for port in management-apim pods.

To resolve this error, restart the affected management-apim pods by deleting these pods.
