Setting the license ID on VMware

Each license has a unique identifier that is called a License ID. Use apicup to accept the license. License acceptance is stored in the apiconnect-up-v10.yml file.

apicup licenses accept <License ID>

For example:

apicup licenses accept L-KZXM-S7SNCU

• Use apicup licenses list to display licenses available. This command also shows all accepted licenses, including prior versions.
• If an invalid value is passed to apicup licenses accept, an error is displayed showing the valid values:

  Error: Must run `apicup licenses accept ID` with one of [L-GVEN-GFUPVE, L-BYRR-EEASJ3, .....]

• Until you accept the licence, all other apicup commands fail.

You accept the license during Preparing to install API Connect in VMware.
