Browsers for Electronic Service Agent

Browsers used as the Electronic Service Agent graphical interface might be on systems running different operating systems. Although other browsers may work when viewing the Electronic Service Agent graphical interface, the following browsers have been tested on the indicated operating systems:

• Microsoft Windows Internet Explorer 8 and later for use on Microsoft Windows operating system.
• Mozilla Firefox v52.0 and later for use on Microsoft Windows operating system.
• Google Chrome v70.0 and later for use on Microsoft Windows operating system.
