NDD_DISABLE_ADAPTER Device Control Operation

The NDD_DISABLE_ADAPTER operation is used by Etherchannel to disable the adapter so that it cannot transmit or receive data.

Note: This device control operation is not supported on the PCI Ethernet Adapter Device Driver (22100020).

During this operation the NDD_RUNNING and NDD_LIMBO flags are cleared and the adapter is reset. The arg and len parameters are not used.
