diag_popup
Purpose
Creates a popup window with message text.
Syntax

long diag_popup ( char * fmt, [, name, ...] )
char * fmt;
Description
The diag_popup subroutine displays a popup window.
Parameters
The parameters are similar to those of the standard I/O library subroutine printf(). There is a 2000 character limit on the length of the message.
Return Value
The diag_popup subroutine returns one of the following values:

| DIAG_CANCEL | Cancel key was entered. |
| DIAG_ENTER | Enter Function key was entered. |
| DIAG_EXIT | Exit Function key was entered. |
