Site specific call in/out setup

This selection allows you to display and change the NVRAM settings that are site specific for the call in/call out capability of the service processor.

The site specific NVRAM settings allow you to:

  • Set the phone number for the service center
  • Set the phone number for the customer administration center
  • Set the phone number for a digital pager
  • Set the phone number for the customer system to call in
  • Set the phone number for the customer voice phone
  • Set the customer account number
  • Set the call out policy
  • Set the customer RETAIN ID
  • Set the customer RETAIN password
  • Set the remote timeout value
  • Set the remote latency value
  • Set the number of retries while busy
  • Set the system name

The current settings are read from NVRAM and displayed on the screen. Any changes made to the data shown are written to NVRAM.
