Scheduling print jobs
You can use the SMIT fast path to schedule print jobs.
To schedule print jobs, your root user login name must be included in the /var/adm/cron/at.allow file, or you must have root user authority.
- To list all scheduled print jobs, type the following command at the system
prompt:
smit lsat
This command displays a list of all the print jobs you have scheduled. If you have root user authority, the command lists all currently scheduled print jobs.
- To schedule print jobs:
- Type the following command at the system prompt:
smit sjat
- Select or enter the appropriate date and time fields.
- Provide additional information as prompted.
- Type the following command at the system prompt:
- To remove a scheduled job, type the following command at the system prompt:

smit rmat
- Select List to delete the job number.
