Listing interim fixes installed in a SPOT

Basic instructions list all interim fixes installed in a SPOT.

To list all interim fixes installed in a SPOT, use the lslpp NIM query with the lslpp flag e:

# nim -o lslpp -a lslpp_flags=e <Spot>

# nim -o lslpp -a lslpp_flags=e 520spot
