Taking control of the NIM environment using SMIT

Follow this procedure for taking control of the NIM environment using SMIT.

  1. Enter the smit nim_altmstr fast path on master B and select Takeover control of NIM clients from an Alternate Master.
  2. Type in the name of the NIM object for master A.
