Starting and stopping a print queue

You can start and stop a print queue if you have root authority.

To perform these tasks, you must have root authority.

To start a queue: 

smit qstart

OR

qadm -U QueueName

To stop a queue: 

smit qstop

OR

qadm -D QueueName
