AdTarget Overview

AdTarget is a data syndication platform and online marketing application that you can use to personalize and optimize display advertising campaigns.

AdTarget uses the extensive visitor profile and granular visitor activities that are captured by Digital Analytics to fuel higher levels of display ad relevancy and increase visitor reacquisition.

Consumer privacy and opt out
Digital Analytics collects or receives visitor information from your organization, but does not own the information that is collected. Your company designates what type of data it wants collected or received on its behalf.
AdTarget key features
AdTarget uses Intelligent Data Syndication, Rapid Deployment and Integration, Powerful Segmentation, and Increased Reach. Using these features, you can formulate and manage a relevant campaign for your audience and visitors.

System requirements
To run IBM® Digital Analytics products, you must run specific versions of software and browsers and have a minimum required amount of memory.
Application usage requirements
To facilitate data syndication directly from your website to AdTarget Network Partners, you must update the Digital Analytics tag libraries for your site.
Application provisioning
When your organization has executed an AdTarget licensing agreement with Digital Analytics, AdTarget is enabled by Digital Analytics Provisioning Services for the Client IDs that are included in your license agreement.
User administration
AdTarget can support user groups. To enable more user groups, an Administrator from your organization needs to log in to IBM Digital Analytics and perform the following steps.
