  • IBM® Application Discovery for IBM Z is no longer available as a separate product. Only IBM Application Discovery and Delivery Intelligence for IBM Z (IBM ADDI) is available as of this version.
  • IBM Wazi Analyze has been renamed to IBM ADDI Local Analysis.
  • You can use the IBM ADDI Configuration Server to provide configuration details for the Z Refactoring Assistant installation and to allow Z Refactoring Assistant to connect to IBM ADDI. For more information, see Configuring Z Refactoring Assistant.
  • You can build and manage application projects by using IBM watsonx Code Assistant™ for Z Understand on Linux® RedHat 9.5. This component is a Linux alternative to installing the IBM ADDI server components on Windows and to using the IBM ADDI Build Client to build and manage application projects. For more information, see Installing and configuring the Z Understand Linux container in the IBM watsonx Code Assistant documentation.
  • IBM ADDI supports Java™ version 17. The minimum supported patch version is 17.0.9.
  • Support for z/OS® Discovery Library Adapter (z/OS DLA) data services as data provider in ADDI Local Analysis has been deprecated.
