Scheduling the Scribe solution instance

You can schedule how frequent you want the system to send the Alerts or Task to SugarCRM and Acoustic Campaign. For example, you can set it to On Demand, Once on or Recurring.

Before you begin

Verify the maps that you want included in the Scribe solution instance.

  1. Go to the Maps tab.
  2. In the Enabled column, select the Scribe maps that you want to include in the Solution's instance.
  3. Any map that is included in the schedule has a checkmark next to it.

About this task

Complete the following steps to schedule the instance.

  1. Open the solution and click the Schedule tab.
  2. Select one of the scheduling options and complete the settings: On Demand, Once on, or Recurring.
  3. Click Save.
